The Valencian Paella, famous dish of Spanish cuisine, is more than a recipe. Originally from the Mediterranean coast, paella is a social ritual that celebrates family nature with deep traditional roots and is considered a paradigm of the Mediterranean diet. OUR STORY
Hello, we are Carmen paellas, we were born in Valencia in Spain and we are in Luxembourg where we want to spread and make known the Valencian lifestyle, full of sun, warm weather, music and good food.
With our passion for traditions and love for food, we want to bring to the homes of Luxembourg the Paella, ordinary food that makes every Sunday extraordinary and fun. Cooking over low heat with family and friends, laughing and enjoying together, that’s a Sunday in Valencia
ELABORATION
At Carmen Paellas, the elaboration is totally artisan. Paella is made in a single container: The Paella, in English “pan”. Which is what gives the dish its name, designed to transmit the power of fire to rice and fresh local produce from the garden to your table.
The production is carried out just on time, from natural raw materials of first quality. We don’t use any pre-cooked or preserved product with any additives, or colourings. We are please to select the best meats and fresh vegetables from local producers and natural products with denomination of origin from Spain.

Be part of preparing fantastic Paella Valenciana. Step by step you will go through the process of making this delicious meal.
We will take care of everything, we have a self-sufficient cart for the event, it has everything we need to carry out the activity: kitchen, refrigerator, water, and you, just need to put on an apron and get ready for all the tasting and enjoying the final paella. You will see how the Original Paella is made.
